Returns & Exchanges
All items are final sale and not refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if the wrong item was sent within a 7 day period from date of purchase on recorded on original receipt. If you would like to inquire about replacing a defective or damaged or wrong item, please send us an email at email@example.com with your name and contact details with "Re: Damaged - Wrong Order# [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]" in the subject line. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or you will be provided with a store coupon credit for the cost of the damaged goods (less shipping fees).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store coupon credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
